Di­gital Lo­gistic Ser­vices and En­tre­pren­eur­ship (DLSE)

The DLSE project adds entrepreneurship to the Big Data Logistics (BDL) master's program developed at UWC in cooperation with HNU and transfers the course to UMI. Graduates of the new course will be empowered to exploit new services through business start-ups or knowledge commercialization in the field of eLogistic. Therefore, the project aims to: Expand the curriculum to include entrepreneurship and technology trends, align the curriculum with UMI, and conduct applied research to improve teaching. DLSE aims to raise awareness among young people in Africa about IT and its use in logistics and supply chains, and to qualify them to start new businesses in this field. The program will thus help strengthen the economic independence of African countries and make an important contribution to expanding cooperation between the UWC, UMI and HNU.
