Seats in the reading room
There are learning stations available in the reading room. At each seat you will find sockets and reading lamps. Reservation is not necessary.
Students can work in six carrels. Reservation is not necessary.
We provide you with 12 rentable caddies. You can use them to keep your working material within the reading room for several weeks.
You can copy, print and scan at a multi-purpose device if you enter your HNU computer credentials.
On campus, you can send print jobs via Follow-Me and fetch them at any Follow-Me network printer by scanning your Campus Card or entering your HNU computer credentials. There is one device in the library copy room and another device in the blue stairway in front of the library (ground floor). You can use our high performance scanners without any login, scan large texts in a short amount of time and save them onto your USB stick. One device is located in the copy room and there is another one next to the journal section at the beginning of the reading room.
