The Impact of Diversity Award is a platform for diversity that brings together initiatives, experts, representatives from politics and science as well as decision-makers from companies. The aim is to highlight the positive impact of diversity on companies and society, to bring the topic to the attention of the general public and to initiate concrete steps for change.
"Become a professor": Campaign for a higher proportion of women in professorships
The campaign of the Landeskonferenz der Frauen- und Gleichstellungsbeauftragten (LaKoF Bayern/HAW) nominated for the award - "Werde Professorin" (Become a Professor) - informs qualified women about the job description and motivates them to apply for a professorship. The focus is on 20 female professors as role models from various departments - including Prof. Dr. Claudia Kocian-Dirr, Professor of Business Informatics at HNU.
