The two-day event focused on four topics that are currently shaping the world of finance and business:
- the success of cooperative enterprises,
- the importance of ESG information in the lending sector,
- practical insights into legislative processes in Brussels,
- investment in turbulent times.
Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences was represented by a group of ten students from the Business Administration and Business Psychology degree programmes. The students were accompanied by Prof. Dr Thorsten Neumann, who highlighted the event’s strong practical relevance and the valuable insights into current developments.
The conference was moderated by the district association chairmen Dr Wolfgang Seel (VR Bank Neu-Ulm) and Christian Gerstle (Raiffeisen Ware Schwaben Allgäu GmbH), who, with their input and many years of expertise, contributed significantly to the depth of the event’s content.
In addition to the specialist programme items, the event also provided an opportunity for personal exchange. In a very convivial atmosphere, participants from across the universities engaged in discussions, exchanged professional insights and forged new contacts in the evening – a valuable contribution to the networking of the region’s future specialists and managers.
