University management confirm further cooperation in a LoI
In addition to joint summer schools in the field of artificial intelligence and details on ERASMUS+ exchange options, the agenda of the meeting included the planning of a double degree program in Business Administration (BBA) and Finance and Accounting (BFA), which offers students the opportunity to simultaneously obtain a degree at both universities.
Prof. Dr. Uta M. Feser and Dr. Ha Thuc Vien signed a corresponding Letter of Intent (LoI), which confirms the further joint development of these projects.
Double degree enables the best starting opportunities on the job market
“With the planned double degree program, we are taking our cooperation to a new level,” says Prof. Dr. Uta M. Feser. “The double degree opens up the best opportunities on the national and global labor markets through international experience and intercultural competence and at the same time promotes both personal and academic development.”
The cooperation between HNU and VGU benefits not only the students but also the lecturers, emphasizes Prof. Dr. Elmar Steurer: “We are not only significantly increasing the proportion of international students at HNU, but also offering our colleagues in particular a regular and fulfilling form of teaching at a highly attractive university in Southeast Asia.”
The program agreement is to be signed at VGU in September 2025.
