The event, organized by the Chulabhorn Royal Academy and the Society for Disaster Medicine and Public Health, brought together international experts in the field of disaster and emergency management. In addition to the exchange of knowledge and experience and professional networking, the focus was on the presentation of current research results that are intended to help improve the handling of crises and emergencies and strengthen global resilience.
In his online lecture “Documentation and Reporting in International Medical Emergencies: The Foundation for Digital Transformation,” HNU researcher Dr. Felix Holl discussed how structured data collection can play a crucial role in responding to global health crises in a smarter, faster, and more sustainable way.
