All submissions to the German 3D Printing Challenge were evaluated by a panel of experts. Those submitting the best ideas were asked to develop a more concrete business plan. On this basis, the seven finalists (groups) were selected to pitch for victory in the finals in front of a jury made up of leading business representatives. The jury includes representatives from AMProO 3D, Volksbank Ulm-Biberach, Filamentworld, Max Hilscher GmbH, Honold Logistics and INTAMSYS, as well as from HNU.
The awards ceremony will take place at the end of the event. There are prizes to be won - in addition to 3D-printed trophies - cash vouchers, filament vouchers, build space vouchers (Druck Service) and technical workshops with top-class experts from the 3D printing industry. As a special prize, the team selected by the live stream audience gets to shoot a video with YouTuber Andreas Weiß, which will be published on his 62,500-subscriber YouTube channel AMPrO 3D.
