IDT Open Lab #6 on 19.10.2021: New digital business models in SMEs

The short keynote speeches by representatives of the regional business community gave all participants an insight into the topic of digital business models, which is becoming increasingly important for SMEs. Presentation of practical case studies in combination with the exchange of best practices enabled a fruitful knowledge transfer between the participating company representatives and the Institute for Digital Transformation.

Across industries, the speakers reported on the increasing importance of lived innovation readiness, digital platforms and profitable collaboration between partners. The virtual exchange of experiences offered the 40 participants not only the opportunity to network, but also space for exciting and goal-oriented discussions on the topic of new digital business models.

Keynote speeches shed light on the topic from different perspectives

Those responsible for digitalisation and lecturers at HNU reported, among other things, on new approaches to intrapreneurship with digital business models, ecosystem analysis in SMEs and the increasingly relevant adaptation of business models.
