In total, proceeds of 1,080.77 euros were generated through the sale of drinks and a donation piggy bank. Thanks to the additional support of Berg Brauerei Ulrich Zimmermann GmbH & Co. KG with a discount of 273.83 euros and a rounding up of 45.41 euros by the Lions Club Neu-Ulm Campus, the donation total of 1,400 euros was collected.
During the HNU Founders Week from 04 to 07 October 2021, the Founders Space was inaugurated as a new space for the promotion and support of start-ups at HNU and opened with various events.
Malteser Hilfsdienst Neu-Ulm e.V. has been offering a healthy breakfast once a week since January 2020 for primary school children who do not get this at home. Since the beginning of the Corona pandemic, the children receive a healthy breakfast bag with whole-grain cheese bread, fruit, vegetables and a muesli bar. The varied and healthy breakfast is intended, among other things, to promote the children's concentration in order to support equal opportunities for socially weaker children. The service is free of charge for the recipients and is supported by donations and volunteer work.
