Fabian Girschick, also known as ‘Brizzi Bremse’, spoke openly about his personal experiences and challenges on the way to realising his visions. He outlined the entire process from brainstorming, planning and concrete realisation through to the application of effective marketing strategies. He emphasised two key messages: an idea needs time to grow and develop. ‘Good things take time’ was his core message, which emphasised how important it is not to give up even in difficult moments and to work continuously on your own idea. He also emphasised the relevance of clearly highlighting the individual added value of an idea - a decisive factor in successfully standing out from the competition and reaching your own target group in the long term.

After the interactive presentation, participants had the opportunity to ask questions in an open atmosphere, contribute their own ideas and take away important ideas for their own projects.
