A total of 36 students from the Business Administration in Healthcare, Digital Medicine and Nursing Management and Information Management in Healthcare degree programmes took part in the presentations. They gained valuable insights into the Israeli healthcare system and learnt about its differences to the healthcare systems in Germany and other OECD countries.
This opportunity enabled the students to expand their knowledge of international healthcare systems and gain new perspectives. Prof. Dr Silvia Straub emphasised the importance of such events: "The exchange with international experts such as Prof. Dr Hovav offers our students great added value. It not only expands their specialised knowledge, but also promotes an understanding of global health issues and the diversity of health systems."
The guest lectures were funded and made possible by the ISUL "International Startup League" project of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
