Led by experienced coach Dirk Drumm, the day was dedicated to personal development, reflection, and the acquisition of cross-disciplinary skills. Following a brief introduction to coaching methods and fundamentals, a live demonstration clearly illustrated how professional coaching works in practice.
Trying Coaching for Yourself
The focus was on hands-on experience: In exercises, participants took on the role of a coach themselves and worked on individual issues in a safe environment. This experience not only deepened their understanding of coaching processes but also fostered their own ability to reflect.
An open working atmosphere, individual feedback, and concrete insights characterized the workshop day, and it became clear that coaching skills are relevant not only in one’s professional life but also for personal development.
