Official Opening on May 28 with President Prof. Dr. Julia Kormann
The Meeting Table will be officially opened on May 28 at 12:30 p.m. President Julia Kormann will be present in person that day to support the initiative. Icebreaker cards are available to help start conversations in a lighthearted way, including questions such as “What don’t others know about your work yet?” They provide direct insight into various fields of work and offer an easy way to discuss topics that often remain hidden in everyday work life.
Available anytime with plenty of space for everyone
The meeting table is available all day and on a permanent basis. Even though it will likely be used most during lunch breaks, it can serve as a place for exchange, networking, or brief conversations at any time. The meeting table takes up very little space in the cafeteria, so students and staff will still find plenty of open seating as usual. With this initiative, HNU is creating a space that fosters connection, openness, and a vibrant campus community.
