Founder spirit meets barbecue and winter atmosphere: Founders BBQ Winter Break Edition of the HNU Founders Space

13.12.2024, Transfer:

On December 5, 2024, the Founders Space of Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU), together with partners such as the Entrepreneurs Campus of Ulm University, the Ulm Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the StartupSÜD joint project, hosted the “Founders BBQ meets Founders Space: Winter Break Edition” event. The event offered numerous founders, start-ups and innovation enthusiasts a platform for inspiration and exchange in a pre-Christmas atmosphere with pitches and networking opportunities.

A central point of the evening's program was the spontaneous pitches by founders, who shared their own success stories and experiences and provided the attendees with creative inspiration for their own start-up projects.  The event was accompanied by a selection of winter drinks and the eponymous barbecue. At the end, DJs provided a relaxed atmosphere and a cozy conclusion to the event.

The event took place as part of the HNU anniversary year this year as an anniversary event.

Events for networking those interested in founding a company

The HNU Founders Space and its partners are continuously committed to creating innovative platforms for exchange and inspiration. The Founders BBQ is an example of event formats that promote these goals. It offers space for encounters and supports students, alumni and partners interested in founding a company in the further development of their ideas and projects. The high number of visitors and the numerous discussions illustrated the interest in exchange and cooperation in the region's start-up scene.

The organizers are delighted with the positive response and are already looking ahead to future events, which will also offer space for networking, inspiration and the realization of creative visions.
