Mobile together in the Ulm/Neu-Ulm/Alb-Danube region I

Ulm, Neu-Ulm and the district of Neu-Ulm have been dealing with the high volume of traffic in the cities and districts for a long time. 37,000 people commute from the district of Neu-Ulm to another district, while at the same time 28,000 travel to the district of Neu-Ulm.
In order to relieve the county of Neu-Ulm, the introduction of a car-sharing agency is planned. The HNU was commissioned to investigate needs and obstacles in the use of car-sharing offers and to deal with the customer journey. The aim is to empower the active project participants in the evaluation and selection of a car-sharing agency and to increase the level of knowledge regarding user groups and communication.
