The usual conditions for the production of the broadside also applied to this edition: Within 15 weeks of lectures, around 60 students from the fifth semester of “Information Management and Corporate Communication” (IMUK) - including almost ten international guest students - worked on the implementation under the direction of Prof. Andrea Kimpflinger and graduate designer Sabine Geller (opens in a new window). The annual challenge is to cover all aspects of magazine production: from advertising acquisition and content creation in words, images and film to the implementation of the analog magazine and its digital formats - including website, social media, video and storytelling.
New in this edition is the supportive use of AI - the students were able to experiment freely with artificial intelligence and tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Adobe Firefly and others in the creation of text and images and reflect on, process and use the results.
