Payment of fees

Payment with Campus Card credit is possible at the library's fee machine, which is located next to the service desk.

You can pre-charge your Campus Card credit at the charging machines in the cafeteria and in the copy room in Building B (cash recharge from €5, EC recharge from €10).

The Free State of Bavaria offers electronic cash for any payments to Staatsoberkasse Bayern.

The following payment procedures are currently available:

• MasterCard (3D Secure)
• Visa (3D Secure)
• Lastschrift / Direct Debit
• PayPal

It is essential to select the correct payment reference depending on the fee. Please use the correct, pre-filled payment form:

• 1st and 2nd reminder: PK-No. 0002.0177.2000
• Registration fee / Card replacement: PK-No. 2529.6500.0107
• Book flea market: PK-No. 2529.6500.0081
• If you have been given an individual booking reference number (BKZ), you must enter this yourself on the form: https://epay.bayern.de/eps-payplatform/start?langKey=en

It may take a few days for us to see the payment in our system and clear the fee from your library account. For faster clearance, you can provide us with proof of payment.

The following bank details are exclusively for the payment of library fees. (For other types of payment requests, the HNU will provide you with the corresponding bank details.)

You cannot pay with cash directly at the library. If you wish to pay by cash, please use the payment function on your Campus Card, which you can top up with cash at the canteen as described above. 

Although you cannot pay directly with your debit card, you can use the card reader in the cafeteria to load the desired amount (minimum €10.00) onto your Campus Card via debit card payment and then use your Campus Card to pay any outstanding fees at the library's payment machine.
