- Primary contact person for all questions and concerns of women involved in studies, research and teaching at HNU
- Representative of womens' interests in university committees such as the Extended University Executive Board or the Senate.
- Reporting of important key figures
- Compliance with and implication of the university's Gender Equality Plan
- Increasing the ratio of female professors and lecturers through implementing equal opportunity appointment procedures
- Project leadership in the Professorinnenprogramm III of federal and state bodies
- Project leadership of all measures supporting female high-school and university students, for example BayernMentoring or HNU Summer School
