Women's Representative
As the women's representative, I am here for you if you are a female student, research assistant, lecturer, or professor at HNU. In my work, I closely cooperate with my substitute representatives, my team, and the women's representatives of HNU's three faculties.
My colleagues and I support you through personal advice, seminars and workshops, networking activities, counselling on doctoral projects, as well as by participating in the university's committees such as appointment committees and the senate.
The foundation of our work is Article 4 of the Bavarian Higher Education Act (opens in a new window), and our goal lies in increasing the percentage of women on all levels of academia. Unfortunately, the attainment of this goal still requires quite some effort.
In our newly published Gender Equality Plan (opens in a new window), we as the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm (HNU) define the perspectives, goals, and measures of our gender equality work for the years 2022 to 2027.
